Biografía de Chingo Bling

Birth Name: Pedro Herrera III
Genres: Rap & Hip-Hop Music, Latin Rap Music

Sporting a tengallon cowboy hat and cowboy boots with the Nike swoosh on the side, Houston's Chingo Bling is a MexicanAmerican rapper that stirs up controversy with his wild sense of humor. Bling's image is that of an illegal alien that speaks in broken English, but he's really a sharp college graduate with a BS in business administration that speaks fluent English and his own record label, Big Chile Enterprises. In 2004 Big Chile released his debut, The Tamale Kingpin, which featured songs like "Osama Who Got the Keys to My Humma??" and "She Wants Chingo's Tamale". Mixtapes like El Mero Chingon and Air Chingo would follow along with Chingo Bling bobble heads, Chingo Bling branded hot sauce, a coloring book, and other shameless bits of marketing that hadn't been seen since the days of Kiss. His 2006 mixtape They All Want Him But Who Can Afford Him was aptly titled since major labels had caught wind of this border crossing sensation and the bidding war had begun. Able to work a deal where he remained independent but with distribution, Chingo signed with Asylum that same year and began working on his next album. Paul Wall, Pitbull, and Baby Bash were all guests on the provocatively titled They Can't Deport Us All which landed in 2007.
