Saw Johnny Scarecrow make his rounds in his jet-black 'mac (which he won't give back) - stole it from a snowman.

Caminando por la feria de Hampstead, me encontré con Mother Goose, quien gritaba, así que la liberé. Un estudiante extranjero me preguntó si era cierto que había elefantes y leones en Picadilly Circus. Más adelante, junto al estanque de baño, intenté tomar un poco de sol y vi a cien colegialas llorando con pañuelos en mano, sin darse cuenta de que yo también era un escolar.
Una mujer barbuda me advirtió que si comenzaba a delirar y portarme mal, me arrepentiría. Luego llegó el amante de pollos con su larga barba roja (y su extraña hermana que conduce un camión).
Me divertí en el campo de putting, metiendo las pelotas en los hoyos, mientras veía a veinticuatro trabajadores cavando en busca de oro, sin saber que yo era Long John Silver. Vi a Johnny Scarecrow pasear con su gabardina negra que había tomado prestada de un muñeco de nieve.
