Is it me, an emissary of the divine

The cross man worships nowadays

The election's been cast

and the world still doesn't understand

though they can't remember
How it feels to have a dream
And each day has become worse than the last
No more crowns to give
Or secrets to hide
Nights of October thinking in why we're all wrong
Beauty is now a shadow of our misconceptions
A story being lived by all of you
