"Sure Know Something" es una canción de la banda estadounidense de hard rock Kiss, publicada en su álbum Dynasty de 1979.
Alcanzó el número 47 en la lista de los Billboard Hot 100 singles de EE.UU. en 1979, y en el Top Ten en algunos países alrededor del mundo y se convertiría en otro de los diez mejores éxitos (el número 5) para la banda en Australia.
Este tema fue escrito por el vocalista y guitarrista Paul Stanley y la productora Vini Poncia, "Sure Know Something".
Un vídeo promocional, dirigido por John Goodhue, fue filmado para el single e incluyó a la banda en una maqueta de lo que fue su show de la era Dynasty.
El lado B de este tema es "Dirty Livin'", otro tema del álbum Dynasty que fue co-escrito y cantado por el baterista Peter Criss.
"Sure Know Something" fue interpretado acústicamente por la banda durante su actuación en MTV Unplugged en 1995 y con el Melbourne Symphony Ensemble en su álbum en vivo Kiss Symphony: Alive IV.
