Es una canción de la banda Boomtown Rats que cuenta la historia de Brenda Ann Spencer, una joven de dieciséis años a la que su padre regaló un rifle en lugar de un radiocassette que ella le había pedido. Entonces, a la muchacha no se le ocurrió mejor idea que usar el arma en su colegio Grover Cleveland Elementary School en San diego, California. Es así como el 29 de enero de 1979 hubieron dos muertos y nueve heridos. La justificación de Brenda ante la policía era la siguiente: “No me gustan los lunes. Era una forma de alegrarme el día”.
