And amidst the passage of time, from 19 to 40, tea will have left its mark on me, leaving a subtle change in its wake. I find myself turning away from the intrusive light filtering through the curtains, illuminating my naked room. In this intimate space, adorned with coffee stains and the occasional dusty coughing fit, you always appear in a state of composed elegance, dressed and meticulously buttoned up, your hair pinned up in delicate circles reminiscent of a mourning widow.
