Habla de esa relación que puede hacer que te quedes cuando no quieres quedarte a veces y puede hacer que hagas cosas que no quieres hacer. Y no importa lo mala que sea una relación, simplemente te quedas.... y ni siquiera sabes por qué, pero eso es por amor. A menudo comparamos el amor con las sustancias estupefacientes. Es adictivo, te hace querer quedarte, así que quería jugar con eso. Hay alusiones a las sustancias estupefacientes, hay alusiones a que les guste alucinar, y todas esas cosas que dichas sustancias producen, al igual que el amor. Por eso se llama "Sobredosis", porque tienes una sobredosis en esta relación, esta relación tóxica en la que no quieres estar".
