She was unlike any other girl
She smiled and her teeth were white as pearls, oh yeah

So he got up from his seat cause his heart skipped a beat
It was time to change his day

Significado de la letra
Había una vez un chico solitario llamado Robert, que se sentía bastante deprimido. Para animarse, decidió tomar una cerveza y se sentó con gesto adusto. Ese mismo día, su novia acababa de dejarlo, así que las cosas no iban bien. Sin dudarlo, llamó un Lyft. El conductor le preguntó a dónde iba y Robert no tenía un destino específico, por lo que el conductor sugirió un bar con buena bebida. Sin nada que perder, decidió bajar del coche y entrar en el bar, mientras el conductor desde la ventana le pidió que le diera cinco estrellas.
Una vez dentro del bar, se sentó en la barra y pidió una bebida al bartender. Fue entonces cuando vio algo que cambiaría por completo su realidad: el rostro más hermoso del mundo, una chica sonriente con dientes blancos como perlas, diferente a cualquier otra. Decidido a cambiar su día, se levantó de su asiento con el corazón acelerado, listo para cambiar su suerte. Tras entablar una breve conversación, Robert se disculpó y regresó a su asiento resignado.
Mientras terminaba su cerveza y su ánimo decayó, sintió una mano en su hombro. La temperatura bajó de repente y ella le confesó que lo lamentaba por lo sucedido con su hermano, confundiéndolo con su novio. Resultó ser solo su hermano, Dan. Tras aclarar el malentendido, Robert se levantó, acarició su cabello y le propuso romper.
A pesar de la tristeza inicial, Robert sabía que las cosas mejorarían. A veces, las decepciones nos abren puertas a nuevas oportunidades y lecciones de vida. El día de Robert no terminó como esperaba, pero el futuro podría depararle nuevas alegrías.
