Aunque Karrueche había terminado definitivamente con Chris, aún tuvieron más desencuentros.
Este tema surgió cuando Chris tuvo un bebé, Royalty, con Nia Guzmán. Karrueche estaba indignada porque ni siquiera conocía a Nia.
Esta canción trata de las problemáticas relaciones que Chris Brown tuvo con Kae, o mejor conocida como Karrueche Tran.
En la mayoría de sus rupturas ella consideraba que Chris Brown no le era leal y la engañaba.
Tanto Chris como Karrueche han tenido una larga historia entre ellos, ya que se han separado y han vuelto a estar juntos en numerosas ocasiones.
Ellos comenzaron a salir en 2010, justo un año después de que Chris Brown hubiera sido imputado por asalto a Rihanna.
Una noche, Chris trató de llamar su atención después de un club nocturno donde él trató de entrar en su camioneta y se presentó en su casa para hablar con ella. Allí tuvieron una intensa pelea a gritos.
En una entrevista con Ryan Secrest, ella explicó más a fondo sus problemas con Chris, explicando que Chris no puede estar enojado con ella cuando él es el que la engañó. También dejó muy claro que no ve ningún futuro con Chris.
Es irónico que Chris hiciera la canción "Loyal" sobre las chicas que lo engañaron, excepto que ahora es él quien está engañando.
