El vídeo musical, dirigido por Mark Rezyka, presenta a Stanley y Simmons en sus icónicos personajes de maquillaje por primera vez desde la gira de la banda Creatures of the Night en 1982.
Fue el último sencillo de la banda Kiss que figuró en el Billboard Hot 100.
La banda dejó de tocar la canción del setlist para el Revenge Tour y nunca más la ha vuelto a tocar.
La canción fue añadida al setlist para el segundo show del Hot in the Shade Tour y fue interpretada hasta el final del tour.
Es el último sencillo de la banda en el que Eric Carr tocó la batería. Se le diagnosticó cáncer cardíaco terminal después de la gira de apoyo.
