Sometimes what i play just ends up sounding like shit
and sometimes i can't keep it in tune
but i'm playing for the love and my playing grows with me
i wonder if we're better with age?
Standing on the corner watching life go by

but it's just another autumn day

i wish that i could help you but i hate to say can't
i'm not the one to help you, i've got troubles of my own
I just keep on thinking that i might wake up
and the twin towers would be standing again
but its still a pile of rubble and that's where we lost our lives
yesterdays upon us and it won't be letting go
And a mind eraser would whittle off the edge
and cover all the bets that you suggested that i hedge
