It was three am in the morning when the lights when on downstairs.
it was cold and dark and it was lonely and lord knows how i was scared.

but for some reason i couldn't hear.
I knew it the moment i looked right into my daddy's eyes.
they were red with anger and sorrow and masked the wanting for his cries.

and that was when she left this world and touched the breath of god.

the starts outside were beaming as i squinted form their gleam.

that's when i knew she was in a place touching the breath of god.
