Yorke interpretó esta canción en vivo durante el Pathway to Paris Conference el 4 de diciembre de 2015, junto con una canción llamada "Silent Spring" que se convirtió más tarde en el tema "The Numbers".
El título de esta canción es una obra dedicada al clásico programa de entrevistas de la BBC Radio 4 Desert Island Discs, donde las celebridades deben nombrar ocho grabaciones (normalmente canciones) que se llevarían consigo en una isla desierta.
