Sobre 'Dancin' In Circles'
Lady Gaga añadió: "Es una canción de baile muy divertida, es un gran disco. Empezamos en Malibú. Estábamos pasando el rato por la tarde y le pregunté a Beck si quería ir a la sala de conciertos, que es donde están todos los instrumentos para grabar. Entramos y me senté al piano. Creo que estaba tocando una guitarra Hummingbird que Mark Ronson me dio, nos sentamos y empezamos a tocar y escribimos la canción".
"Dancin' in Circles" es un tema de baile ligero que coquetea con el reggae y el ska. Gaga, respondiendo a un fan en Twitter: "Es la primera colaboración entre Gaga y Beck. Mark Ronson, uno de los productores de la canción, describió el proceso a Rolling Stone, diciendo que la canción pasó de ser "una canción de Beck desconectada" a "Gaga clásica, como "Alejandro" y algunas de las cosas de Fame Monster".
Según la entrevista de Mark Ronson con Rolling Stone: "La colaboración con Beck en 'Dancin' in Circles' comenzó cuando Ronson se encontró con Beck y lo invitó al estudio. "Para Gaga, fue como conocer a su ídolo, Beck es su artista influyente favorito de los últimos 20 años. Al principio era una chica fanática" dice. La canción se transformó de una canción de Beck desconectada en lo que Ronson llama "Gaga clásica, como 'Alejandro' y algunas de las cosas de Fame Monster".
