"Kisses of Fire" fue lanzado como el lado B del single "Does Your Mother Know" en abril de 1979, poco antes del lanzamiento del álbum "Voulez-Vous".
Abba explicó: "'Kisses of Fire' sonaba mucho más como el ABBA que todo el mundo conocía y amaba, y era mucho más reconocible como el ABBA, aunque su insistente ritmo discográfico estaba posiblemente exagerado hasta cierto punto".
